1. Order Changes
- You have 24 hours from the time of order placement to make changes without additional fees.
- Any changes requested after 24 hours may:
- Incur additional charges.
- Extend the production timeline.
- Changes are subject to feasibility and approval.
2. Artwork Requirements
All artwork must meet industry-standard specifications for optimal print quality.
Accepted File Formats:
- Vector formats:
.AI,.PDF,.EPS
→ All fonts must be converted to outlines or embedded. - Raster (pixel-based) formats: Must be at least 300 DPI and sized to the final print dimensions.
Artwork Issues:
- If your file does not meet these requirements, an art re-creation fee of $60/hour (minimum) will apply.
- Art time is billed in 30-minute increments at $60 per hour.
3. Digital Proofing
- After your order is processed, you will receive a virtual proof.
- Please review this proof carefully to ensure all instructions (placement, colors, sizing, etc.) are accurate.
- Our production team will follow the approved proof exactly.
- No credits or refunds will be issued if the job is completed in accordance with your approved proof, even if you are unsatisfied with the result.
4. Quotes
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- If there are any changes that affect the scope of the order, including:
- Design alterations
- New print locations
- Changes in quantity or method
- The original quote will no longer be honored, and a new quote will be required.
5. Intellectual Property (IP) and Artwork Responsibility
- ZoomPrints assumes no responsibility or liability for any artwork or intellectual property provided by the customer.
- By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content, or
- You have the necessary license to use and reproduce it.
- You agree to indemnify ZoomPrints against any claims related to IP infringement.
6. Outbound Shipments
- All outbound shipments must be sent on the customer's shipping account.
- ZoomPrints is NOT responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Damaged goods
- Delays
- Responsibility ends once the shipment leaves our facility.
7. Providing Product (Customer-Supplied Garments)
If you are supplying your own garments, please adhere to the following requirements.
Required Preparation:
- Garments must be sorted by item, color, and size.
- Each job must be separated and clearly labeled with:
- Purchase Order (PO) number
- Job description
- A packing list must be included for verification upon arrival.
Important Notes:
- We cannot be held responsible for:
- Mistakes or delays due to disorganized or unlabeled product.
- Defects, shortages, or inconsistencies in your supplied garments.
- Obstructions, textures, or construction issues that affect print quality.
- Infeasible decoration methods, sizes, or locations discovered after arrival (as pre-evaluation is not possible).
Delivery Timeline:
- For orders under 1,000 pieces, all garments must arrive at least 4 business days before the requested ship date.
- Failure to meet this deadline may result in:
- Rescheduling of the ship date
- Application of a rush fee
8. Premium and Off-Brand Garments
- ZoomPrints WILL NOT take liability for misprints on:
- Premium/High-End Brands (e.g., North Face, Patagonia, Carhartt, Nike)
- Off-brand garments that are not supplied through our standard vendors (e.g., SanMar, Alpha, SS Activewear, TSC) will not be replaced if issues occur.
9. Production Tolerances
Please allow for minor variances due to the manual nature of screen printing and garment handling.
Alignment
- Slight misalignment is normal.
- Allow up to ±0.5 inch variance in print placement.
- Measurements like "3 inches from the collar" are approximate.
Colors
- Color matching is done by hand and eye.
- Expect 5–10% variation in color due to ink mixing and fabric differences.
- Not an exact science — aim for 90–95% accuracy.
Garments
- No two garments are identical, even within the same item and color.
- Prints may appear slightly different across individual pieces due to fabric behavior during printing.
Polyester Bleed (Dye Migration)
- All polyester garments are prone to dye migration.
- When exposed to heat during printing, dyes from the fabric can "bleed" into the ink.
- This is especially common with:
- Camouflage or dye-sublimated fabrics
- Warm-toned garments (reds, oranges)
- Light-colored prints on dark polyester
- We use specialized inks and processes to minimize this, but results are not 100% guaranteed.
- Expect 5–10% of the garment color to show through on light prints.
10. Turn-Around Time
- Silk Screen Printing: 8–10 business days
- Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing: Next-day printing available
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns
If we damage product you send to us or decorate it incorrectly based on the approved virtual proof, we will compensate you accordingly, provided you send us back the incorrectly decorated product, in order to verify the flaw. We also require that you notify us within 2 weeks of product shipment. Each instance will be evaluated and discussed as to the best compensation and resolution.
Returned Checks
A $55 fee will apply to all returned checks.
12. Late Payments
Late Payment Fee
- Invoices unpaid after terms (e.g., Net 30):
- $30 late fee
- 1.5% monthly finance charge on the overdue balance
13. Order Processing
To ensure fast and accurate processing, all new orders must be sent to the following email addresses, regardless of prior communication:

14. Required Order Information
Your order will not be processed until all of the following information is received:
- Material Type
- Color List (per print location)
- Item #, Color, Size, Quantity
- Decoration Method (e.g., screen print, DTG, embroidery)
- Contact Info: Name, Phone, Email, Sales Rep
- Artwork File
- Reorder # (if applicable)
- ETA / Decoration Info, including:
- Sizing
- Placement/Location
- Company/Customer Name, Phone, Billing Email
- Brand/Description
- Shipping or Pickup Method, Date, and Destination Address
- Payment Method
- Vendor
- Purchase Order # or Reference Name/Number
✅ Note: Incomplete orders will not be processed.
15. Special Requests
Exact Replicas from Other Vendors
If you need an exact replica of a job previously done with another vendor, you must provide:
- A physical sample of the original job
- Any relevant artwork separation files, digitizing files, or special instructions
Without these, we cannot guarantee an accurate match.
16. Legal and Export Restrictions
Zoomprints complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the export of products and services.
- We do not ship to countries, entities, or individuals subject to:
- Trade embargoes
- Sanctions
- Other legal restrictions imposed by the United States or country of origin
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products ordered comply with local laws and regulations in their destination country.
- Orders found to be in violation of applicable export laws will be canceled.

18. Promotions – Terms and Conditions
Any promotions, discounts, or special offers provided by Zoomprints are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without notice
- Discounts apply only to eligible products and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified
- Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively
- Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Zoomprints reserves the right to cancel promotions if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the offer
